No, don't worry!
The GPU isn't damaging if you play on high!
Burn damage and these things occur when/if you mess with overclocking and don't know what are you doing, when you don't know hoe to set the voltages and things and/or if you mess with the cooling stuff...so don't worry! 😉

If you were able to run GTA IV and Max Payne 3 with good performances, then you won't have problems running GTA V ! 😉

GTA IV is much better than Sleeping Dogs regarding game environments and vehicle controls. ..And GTA V will be much much better than GTA IV. (But right now there's no news of GTA V for PC).

Yes, you'll be able to run it, but without AA and from mid-low to maybe a bit of medium!
And System Requirements lab gives you a fail because they always show the recommended requirements first, shortly they show first the specs that you need to max out the game and only after that the minimum!
There are games that show only the recommended and only that show the minimum!

System requirements lab says fail but everything under the card is ticked. I dont even want to play on high setting anyway.

I took a peek on your system and don't worry it's more than enough to run it with decent settings.
It's true that you can't max it out, but the GT220 can make wonders even today...

Because XP is outdated, and I don't get it....why aren't you upgrading to 7? It's not as demanding and memory eating like Vista is....
Even a low end PC can run it without problems.
