Is Intel Core quad Q9550 a good processor for running witcher 3 at 768p (High settings/30 fps)?

I'm thinking about upgrading my pc.

hiii guys good new this game is very optimized in my laptop.

GPU- r6(1g) + r5 m230
cpu- 2.5 ghz up to 3.4 A10-7400p
around 25 fps to 30 fps

i played it at medium settings in a little bit high

i know there are other has higher specs than mine i know you can play it ^_^

Thanks for responses guys. The game runs on high, some settings on ultra, but I'm trying to get through the first two games. Just wanted to try out the third game, so I know that I'm not playing for nothing. The story is really amazing, the first game is a bit old, but it's playable, and I recommend it for every RPG player.
