Travelling
Travelling is the change in location of people on a trip through the means of transport from one location to another. Travel is most commonly for recreation, for business or for commuting; but may be for numerous other reasons. Travel may occur by walking or human-powered mode, or through mechanical vehicles, either as private or public transport.
Travel may be local, regional, national or international. In some countries, non-local internal travel may require aninternal passport, while international travel typically requires a passport and visa.
Commuting: The best kind of transport to commuting to school is bus. It’s setout is always in time. And after school it goes back to our village to. The students can buy preferential tickets for a week or for a month.
Traveling long & short distances: When people travel a long distance they usually travel by air. Travelling by air is exciting fast, comfortable relatively safe bur rather expensive. Since the second half of the 20th century, it has become one of the most important means of transport. In countries such as the USA, where the people have to travel long distances to get from one place to another, travelling by air has become quite common. Nowadays, its becoming increasingly common to use Internet-based travel agencies to book a ticket. Some low-cost airlines only sell their tickets through the Internet. When people travel a short distance they usually travel by train, coach or bus. In our country trains are used daily by many people to travel to and from work or school. They’re cheap, less polluting and safe but not very clean and comfortable. This is especially true of slow trains which stops at every station. Fast trains and intercity trains are more comfortable for longer distances. Coaches are buses for long-distance travel. They are fast and comfortable, with resonably priced tickets. in our country many people prefer coaches to trains.
Possibilities of accomodation: Accomodation could be:half board, all inclusive or package holliday. Half board accomodation includes breakfast and dinner, It could be smorgashbord. An all-inclusive resort is a holiday resort that includes all meals, soft drinks, and most alcoholic drinks in the price. Many also offer a selection of sports and other activities included in the price as well. They are often located in warmer regions. ome all-inclusive resorts are designed for specific vacation interests. For example, certain resorts cater to adults, while even more specialized properties accept couples only. Other all-inclusive resorts are geared toward families, with facilities like craft centers, game rooms and water parks to keep children of all ages entertained. A package holiday or package tour consists of transport and accommodation advertised and sold together by a vendor known as a tour operator. Other services may be provided like a rental car, activities or outings during the holiday. Transport can be via charter airline to a foreign country. Package holidays are a form of product bundling. Package holidays are organised by a tour operator and sold to a consumer by a travel agent. Some travel agents are employees of tour operators, others are independent.
