@kopetpitik your computer is just at the minimum requirement to play this game.A 5470 and a dual core is not enough to max out this game.And as for the 100% you must have filled in the wrong specs!!

It show 100% on recomended but after I start play this games, it is very LOW! LAGG! GOD!!!

it means how many percent smooth it will run with minimum requirements for minimum graphics and how smooth it will run in percent on high graphics and what specs you need for that for example mine cant do it on recommended wont run or will lag that badly so you cant play it with minimum settings i will be able to play but sometimes it will still lag
