No, because it doesn't have a dedicated GPU!
And one more thing...I don't see the reason you're using a 64bit OS... With only 3GB RAM and a mediocre CPU (sorry, I didn't mean any offense, if I offended you, I'm sorry) you don't get any benefit from it...It just eats up your CPU and RAM ... and because of that there could be some apps/games that could work on your laptop and because of the lack of CPU and RAM it's lagging, because the most of it, it eats up your OS...

Yes, you'll be able to run it from mid-low to mid-medium with a max resolution of 720p.
But seeing your specs I don't get it why are you using a 64bit OS?
Your laptop wont benefit of the 64bit benefits, like more RAM, because you only have 4GB!
64bit is recommended if you have more than 4GB, but like this the OS is eating up more memory and you wont be able to use many of it....
My opinion is that up to 4GB a 32bit OS is enough, because it eats less memory and your laptop runs faster!

I remember I didn't play this one. I had some crazy bugs making game unplayable in one of first missions. But now, it should be working flawlessly. Funny, I finished Black Ops before even completing tutorial in MW2

I bet the quality of parts in several computers does not even face the minimum req.
@Fujihiro: Your PC will get trouble running this, and eventually MW3 cause of the weak GPU, thus your processor is fair according to performance!

@Leons Games: Mobile AMD processors are very weak for gaming! Due to their VERY low cache-memory size!
This requires at least a triple core AMD for smooth AMD-playing [Laptops only]

I speak of experience: System: Acer Aspire 7520G [AMD Turion 64x2 TL-58 @ 1.90 GHz, Nvidia GeForce 9300M-G 256MB @350MHz, Crucial DDR2 667MHz 4GB, HDD: 410GB storage]
My system cannot run the MW2 in LOWEST specs without FPS-drop!
Some maps are OK [like, Skidrow, Favela and Sub Base] 40-90 FPS!
But some are VERY BAD [like: Wasteland, rundown, scrapyard etc.] 17-40 fps!!
This is mostly because of horrible low processor performance!
I've tried another computer which had the same specs, only it had an Intel Pentium Dual Core instead
Intel Pentium Dual Core: T-4000 something. And it did run the game smooth in all maps @ 1024x600
[custom resolution] at 52-70 fps! tested with FRAPS!
All settings to normal however!
