you can play this with c2d e6600. Give it a try 😆.
IGPU is not good for gaming doesn't mean that it will not even play games. It means it will play the game but on low graphics. And Also AMD APUs are made for gaming with IGPUs.
it's not that bad gpu and if you watch correctly on system requirements it says 512 mb vram and shader model 4.0 while radeon 6480 supports 5.0 pixel shader and shared memory. As his memory is 8gb it will be enough for the gpu to run this game. Othe specs are also enough so no problem with this game 😆.
