if lagy even on the lowest graphics, this might help

Benchmark test. CPU: i5-2300 2.8 GHz. GPU: Radeon HD 6770. Memory: 16 GB. Resolution: 1080p. Settings: Maximum.

Although the benchmark estimate says 35fps, it runs near 20fps throughout most of the initial sequence. Minimum settings didn't bring it above 30fps consistently even though my GPU is above the recommended requirements.

Here it says I should have 60fps on high settings at 1080p with my specs, but I barely get 40fps on low to medium settings.

I played it and completed it , my graphics card is very weak GeForce 820m I played at 20-25 fps, I didn't get lag I put graphics settings on low 😆

Everybody's always complaining about the bad optimization of this game, I don't really get why .. In AC3 I got like 20fps in Boston (low settings) but with black flags I get constant 60 fps everywhere (ultra, just disabled AA) ... Maybe a bug idk but at least it's working like a charm on my modest PC

Well I cannot try it anymore because i deleted the game, but i think i did something about V-Sync and this didn't really helped ^^

well my driver is already up to date, it always was, i'm checking that all months but i think it's more a problem with the ubisoft games ^^ Far Cry 3 is doing 30 FPS on minimum, even there, i don't know why x) the only ubi game doing perfectly fine is TrackMania Turbo 😀

you should've run AC 4 at very high settings.. without probs.. but thats just odd..

well I was playing on ultra (all settings maxed, only Anti-aliasing off) and got bad fps only in boston, completely egal what settings I put, it always were 20/25 fps in boston, even in minimum on 400x600 resolution, always the same, didn't understood why :/ I got the game on the UBI30 so it was a legal copy..... i don't even could run Beyond Good And Evil decently, and it's a god damn old game :/

Think it was the Ubisoft games that don't work because i'm playing Tomb Raider, Battlefield 3, Need For Speed Rivals, DragonAge Inquisition and even Ryse: Son of Rome at constant 50/60 fps on ultra without any problem.

what setting you run AC 3? with that settings you should've played with decent fps

this game has more worst optimization than ac 3..

yes it was because this game has the worst optimized assassins creed game ever.. its crazily awful

I've tried ac4 companion, it's an android app for this game.. it was awesome, you can see a world map without pausing the game, lol, it's like gps, it tracked your position in game.. and you can send a mission to your fleet that you captured, secure routs and collect the reward without going to your ship, I can even play it while I'm not in the game.. lol
