i installed the game and
it's wotked but lag maybe i think i have 17-or 20fps
That mean LAG

You can run this on low-medium settings with 30 fps or less i think. You might need more RAM (3GB should do the job) for higher settings bcs of your Windows. 😀

If it's a authentic copy then try-
1) Reinstalling the game.
Or, 2) Updating your drivers.
Or, 3) Contact Ubisoft for help and support. 😀
The last option should surely fix your problem. 😉
