Actually, with his 6850 he can play on high too! 😉
The "Optimal Requirments" for this game is ( I think with these you could play on max 60fps+)

If I would be you, I'd change my OS back to 32bit, because with these specs you don't get any 64bit benefits, other then that you can run 64bit only apps!
Like this the OS eats up your RAM, memory and CPU which immediately means worse performance...
Like this you maybe could run it on lowest settings without lag, just because 64bit needs you to have a minimum of 4GB RAM!
So if you go back to 32bit, you maybe will be able, to reach up to medium!

You know the requirements aren't always 100% true!
To be more specific ... most of the time the requirements are all wrong...
Well it says in the requirements that for Windows Vista and beyond you need 4GB RAM minimum!
And of course check it so you have 32bit installed, because with 64bit it's no surprise that it lags!
