@Adityasingh GTX 460M can't run it on high because for high it needs a GTX 650..how can you say that?

Yes, of course. But you must have 64bit windows. And use 2x4 gb ram to get 15% more performence.

no you can't

Your gpu is ok. But you will face extreme lag for your cpu and ram. You may not be able to run it but if you can it will be unplayable😞
