So I've got the game (pirate), but, the resolution is set so high that I can't even read the settings on my monitor, and cannot lower it, any help?

Playable FPS means 20-30 FPS. That means, in an average playable FPS is 25+ but in the worst case scenario "playable FPS" is 20+.
