You can, but don;t get so ahead of yourself because if you can run a high end game it doesn't mean that you can run all of them.
Different games have different requirements and may need more resources even then a higher end game.

it doesn't do any good both are not for high end gaming but low to a bit of mid

I agree, but he just doesn't want to understand....I mean I was angry too when back in the day Windows 95/98 was cancelled because of Windows 200/NT/XP, but after a time I accepted the fact that things have to change and I need to try out some new stuff...but no, he has to always complain like a little kid!

windows 8 pro 32/x64 is very cheap it costs £24.99 for digital download and £49.99 for disc copy direct from microsoft online store
UK prices are similar in US and rest of EU
