I get on max sett 20fps on modded... ;-; on vanilla i get on MIN settings 60 and max 15-20

For all of you wondering, it doesn't matter how much RAM you have, because if you play the Vanilla/Unmodded Minecraft and don't set the amount of RAM to be used by Java while in game, you won't use more than 512mb which is the default and with which it works better.
You can set it to higher like 1gb, 2gb or even more, but the more RAM you allocate to the game the worse it gets after you set it higher than 1.5gb.
Don't get me wrong, if you have many RAM (>2gb) there's no problem at all, you can benefit from it, because you have free RAM available for other programs so you won't run into trouble like if you'd have <1gb of RAM and struggle playing because of lack of RAM.
The best option if you have more than 4gb of RAM is to use the 64bit version of Java and set the RAM to 1gb. This is the best config and Minecraft will run amazing. With this it isn't like with other games. Gaming in Java is a totally different road compared to the "traditional" ways.
Long story short, the best config for Minecraft to work great is:

Set RAM use to 512mb in 32bit Java
Set RAM use to 1gb in 64bit Java

thats wired man my ram is 1.3 giga bite and the game is completely running good with a 32x32 texture pack i got like 60 fps i think you should type like 1.5 giga bite am i right ?😀
