Lol the recommended system requirements are fake, I ran MW 2012 on all maxed without Anti-Aliasing with 30FPS+ on a 8800GT 1GB

Yep i know it's playable.. But you need at least 30+ fps.. To get good experience for this game.. Graphics quality is not the only thing that matters here.. (That's my personal opinion)😕

25-30FPS is playable.
And if you want better performance, try turning off Motion Blur.

set all to medium setting with 720p resolution.. and it runs perfectly..
25-30 fps is not enough for racing game..
