i can see the cutscenes, but the cutscenes is un-clear/clutter graphic
maybe, i must be upgrade my vga to better?

@callmeical cutscenes are just like videos, nothing happens to their graphics even if the setting are low

The cut scenes are prerendered videos! You will have no problem watching those.
