I Got Only 18 23 fps Only 😢😠

See, this is more or less what I expected, however when I run autoconfig it sets everything for the lowest possible settings and the game still runs really slow with the framerate not reaching more than 22-25 fps. I was wondering if anyone has stumbled upon this problem before and if there's any solution to that. I'd appreciate any help because I have reached my limit already : (
