you can try it on the lowest with a resolution of 640x480. i suggest upgrading your ram to 4GB DDR3 if your motherboard supports it and change your videocard to the latest ones like the nvidia gtx series

get the latest runtime drivers! then patch the game to v 1.1 run it on win 7 itl be good i had EXACT SAME problem i fixed it !

i would recommend that you upgrade cpu to Intel® Core™2 Quad Processor Q8200 2.33 GHz is it is the same socket as your current cpu. your cpu socket is LGA775
upgrade ram to 4GB by adding 2GB of ram to current setup
your gpu is fine

windows 7 32bit or 64bit? if 32bit upgrade to 64bit when you get 4GB or more

lastly it also depends on your budget

but what is the problem with my pc?what should i upgrade?
