If you upgrade your CPU and add a bit of RAM up until 4GB then yes!
But does your motherboard have PCI-Express 2.0 slots?
The GTX 200's series is way older then the 500's and it doesn't support DX 11 either and it's more fitting with your current specs, because if you get the 560 and don't upgrade the other stuff then you'll have bottlenecks and won't gain any performance improvements!
GTX 560-580 and GTX 660TI - 680.
Get the GTX 560 if you're on a budget! It's only like 200$ or less! now! 😉
But for these to work well you'll need to upgrade your other hardware too!
Most fitting would be to get an entirely new PC!
But if you don't want to get one then go for a GTX 200's or a lower end GTX like the 9000's GTX but neither of these support DX 11!
And to be able to play well you'll need a good enough CPU as well ... like a Dual Core minimum!

Intel® HD Graphics 2000 is not really designed for gaming
you just have to look at game requirements if it lists Intel® HD Graphics 2000 you can play it and you might have better luck with pre 2007 games

In the first place people come here to get help, and if not everybody can get help just by viewing the requirements, that isn't their problem!
If people can't figure out themselves if they can or can not run a game, that doesn't give you the right to call them dumb/stupid or anything else!
You say that soon this place will be empty? In case you didn't saw everyday there are multiple new accounts created and the site has 7 different domains in 7 different languages, so there will always be new users!
You say that you'll create a new account if your banned? Go ahead! You'll be banned again!
Sooner or later the site will implement IP bans too, so then if you're banned once, you're banned forever on that specific IP and proxies won't help you! But I'm not the Head Master and I can't say the exact time!

Just read the GPU requirements! If an Intel Graphics isn't there, then you can't run it!

this site is only made to help us with games all games donot require the mentioned specs i ran prototype 2 without much problem although i lag far behind in its minimum requirements so we ask others to help us out if you don't like all this stuff why did you make an account here.

Well you could try on the lowest settings and in 720p or lower! 😉 The main issue here is your GPU, but you could try! It's true that it says that you need 2GB ram for Windows 7, but I say to give it a try, because the game is very good! 😀
