I meet or exceed all the shown requirements, and run DX12, but I can't get the game to even log in to change any settings, is my DX the wrong one?

What settings I have to run this on? I checked and it says I can run it on Very High at 1080p but I don't know.

I have easy 60+ on medium 1080, in solo missions. But in team in big fights fps jump from 20-60.

Warframe is only an Online Game..But You could always try it
