You need the game first to be able to install and run that!
And I won't further write, because I know that you're using a pirated copy, and I don't support that!
If you buy it on steam then it will install correctly!

Actually As I run the setup ..The First window Appears Is the Language Selection.... I select english..... And then the error shows me :could not retrieve installation folder: .. <<<It would be great If it worked>

Do you have any letters like "á,é,ü......." or any other non English letters?
If yes change your path to only English letters and your done.
Second Solution:
That's a DLC you know... Do you have installed the original game in the first place?
