i HAVE Intel dual core E5200 2.5 processor,4 gb ddr3 ram 1333mhz, window xp sp3........graphics card ati radeon powercolor 5670 1 gb ddr3.....1360x768 lg monitor maximum resolution....these specs run fine this game but when i installed 86 gt in my sytem i got only 5 fps ........i think 86 gt is ddr2 thats why the problem persist....and its a low power card.....

You're almost right.
It's true that Intel graphics won't run this in 720p because this is a graphically demanding game and the integrated Intel graphics aren't so good...even the new Ivy Bridge line Integrated HD Graphics aren't so good!
It's true that it's a memory share type, but the shared video memory isn't noticeable almost at all!
In VRAM the important thing is the dedicated memory...the shared memory will help you to improve some loading time, but you wont notice almost any performance changes!

The problem is that he has a laptop so there's no way to add a GPU... so if you'd like to play MW3 or BO2 or the other ones that are on the demanding side you'll need a dedicated GPU thus you should save money for a desktop PC! 😉

@usama you can run it with low settings, I'm not sure 2 gen* core can run it in 720p, but I think you need more RAM, because intel HD3000 is sharing memory type

Well the thing is that Intel HD Graphics aren't for gaming and don't really support so many games.
Not to mention that MW3 is a bit demanding...so my answer is that you may run it on low settings in 480p or 360p.

i have 97 percent but i can play it didnt experience lag so far due to my system i dont know if im maybe slower then others who have all better system than i have probably i played with fraps without recording i was always over 60 fps more between 75 fps and 90 fps so i think graphic card is more important than cpu the maps in multiplayer small and you play mostly with 12 players so i think not much people will have problems for example i have bad company2 which were i have lot of fps dropdowns theres big maps lot players and so many going on that it often lags in hectic situations specially when u for example try to shoot someone fast by turning around in mw3 it is not much problem to play than in bad company 2 i have problems here not really
