In this game zombies attack you all at once at a mini army rate, and your CPU just doesn't have enough juice to it to handle.
Second, a 64bit GPU just isn't enough for today's games and even back in 2007 when they were released they weren't meant for hardcore gaming, but were preferred for casual gaming on low resolutions and low settings. They are best for media playback and HTPC's.
And as I said, that you may have DX11 installed but your GPU is only capable for DX10, so you wont have any benefits of the DX11 even if you have it installed.
