Well I don't know about your friend but if you are buying a new decent processor then you must go for Intel i5 3330 quad 3.0 GHz (3.2 Turbo)
Its A 9 star Gaming processor according to Game-Debate.. It would cost you around Rs 12,300,,which is not bad !!!!
