if you use Win 7 it might not work well and lag it work most well on XP SP3 or Vista SP1

Try playing a game at 30FPS and then switch to 60FPS and let's see if you'll say the same after that!
I'm sure that you'll see some difference! If not then you have eye problems, because yes, there are people who can't see a difference like you said, that's true, but those people have eye problems.
And maybe you saw some clips on youtube that were on 60 FPS vs 30 FPS and saw no difference. That's because youtube can't stream with more then 30FPS. It's sucks I know, that the big billion dollar video hosting company can't switch to 60FPS video because they don't want to, not because they can't!

You can't get more wrong then that.... -.-
Human eye can catch more then 120FPS! The only difference is in your monitor refresh rate!
If your monitor has a 60Hz refresh rate, then you can see the image in 60FPS but anything bigger then 60FPS will only be like 60FPS.
If you have a monitor with 120Hz refresh rate (3D monitors) then you'll be able to see 120FPS in action, but anything higher won't have any differences!
You're very wrong so check the facts before commenting!
About the 25FPS, that;s the very bare minimum that you can have to be able to play, anything under becomes laggy and not very playable!
