i say low cause i don't know what you're OS,i though it Win 7.Cause GTA 4 not optimised well on Win 7.

it depend on the series EX:from Nvidia:GT 630 VS from AMD/ATi:HD 6670.the 6670 will win cause it have better perfomance.

Believe me man Its impossible to play with that GPU but If you use the following command line then maybe you can,

??? How to use it,, Just copy that all in a text pad and rename it commandline.txt and paste it to your game folder.. SIMPLE.. Saying again maybe,,, When i use that commandline on my PC, I was able to run it at 65-75 FPS,, but without that At mid settings 25-35 FPS..You can see my PC in my profile !!! 😳
