So if you think you can run better then try it on higher settings and not say that on this site I saw that I can run better, because that's spam and I'll be obligated to remove your post and give you a warn, so take the advice from others and if you can run games on higher just say that you tried and worked well!

What do you recomend GPU maybe GTX 560 or maybe GTX 630
your CPU is ok but you need a better GPU and this game is optimized badly people are having problems running it on high or ultra although they have more than the optimum required specs
So if i want to high setting and run smooth.what can change the Processor or the VGA Card.

i have all LOW resoulatie 800x600 smaller cant.
+ effects lower / motion blur off.
+ use Very low end-patch for more fps. this good one

Well let the game to decide the settings... there is an option in the video settings that sets it automatically for you.
And try smaller resolutions like 720p or lower if you tied on a bigger one.

ten you made a mistake because the 8400GS is nearly same as the 210 i also have the 8400GS but better than yours i have a 8400GS 1 GB DDR3 edition
