I only get 20-25 fps in low setting..

It's Expansion pack for IV. Each of them (The Ballad of Gay Tony & The Lost and Damned) have their own story, but the setting is the same as IV's so your characters have crossovers with Niko/Luis/Johnny. It's 2015 man, look it up at GTA Wiki. Anyway,

I recommended everyone not to buy this game. First at all it needs much more pc power. You will enjoy this game on its first 3-4 hour gameplay. Then it becomes a boring game.
