AMD or nVidia are for gaming!
IGPU's are good too, but those are better for media not gaming!

You problem is that you don't have a GPU! The CPU is fine!
But the same as with the CPU, you can't add/change a GPU in a laptop, so the only option is to buy a new one or get a desktop PC!

A Quad core CPU is best for upcoming modern games like BF4 and Saints Row 4 and GTA V e,.t.c
and gts 450 is best in it's price i don't think there's better card than gts 450 in this price...
