I am playing this on max settings with 60 fps but when I turn on anti aliasing (even x1) fps drops down to 20

You can't just copy a PC version of a game to a phone and think that it'll work! IT isn't working like that!
You need to get a version made specifically for your phone model, and as far I've seen, your phone model isn't on the supported list, so there aren't really any chance that you could play it.
