@IamGhost , no, it's totally false because the Ultra setting, even on 640 x 480, takes about 3GB Video RAM. that GPU haves a maximum memory of 2GB.

Guys can you believe that I have played this on Ultra on Core 2 Duo with 4 GB ram and HD 5450 with 25-30 FPS with Bandicam.......!

@deadpooh_ your specifications are good to play the game at medium settings 720p with good fps, if you put population density in low, Try to download patches, or use low spec patches, it may b bad game setup, try update your gpu drivers

How many fps can I get ? Also would putting all settings at lowest would that give me higher fps ?

i got fps drop when its crowded or in traffic, does somebody knows why? i am thinking if upgrading my ram will solve this problem, my ram is 4G.
