@promenader: I would say lowest setting 600p but it still might not be playable.

@Osy_Aldi_Cutama: your ram is very low even if it says that you can run it with 4 gb ram it will have stutters and also your cpu is very weak for gta,i say on 720p all low you will get around 20-25 fps when driving/shooting and 25-35 when walking
also online with all the updates lags more than the single player so you will get even more fps drops on online if you consider buying it,try upgrading ram and cpu if you have the budget

@edward27855: Well those are really high settings. But I actually haven't seen anyone using that gpu to play GTA V. But too be honest it is equivalent to many mid range gpu which can run GTA V. No one recommends to use intel gpu because they are weak and developers don't always optimize using that so it causes some optimization issue. And I'm actually impressed that it can run GTA V on that setting.

Anyway I'm not sure how it runs GTA V on that setting on 900p😜. Someone might know and will answer it.😀
