Hey guys my cpu (N3160@2.1GHz) is trolling me and I dont know what to do. It doesnt render the game well. I cant get more than 10 FPS when I am driving a car, when stationary it goes to about 30 FPS. Help

no..you can play it only at low(normal)maybe bit high(medium) settings.. even if you add your ram to 8 gb.. adding more ram only improve your game smoothness..with more than 4gb ram you will lose the fps drops.thats it
