You know that not all games all optimized the same do you?
Don't think that if you can run a game on ultimate settings, then you'll be able to run all of them!
You have great specs excluding your GPU, which is very weak compared to all of the other specs!
This game is very demanding graphically and your tiny little GT545 just can't bare with it!
Upgrade to a GTX 670 or a HD 7950 for best results!

and an important thing to tell you is that i have run modern warfare 3 smoothly on my system but i couldnt play black ops 1 because it performed so much slow and therfore i couldnt play it at all.
IF I CANT PLAY IT even on low graphic so whats the best and easiest way to improve my computer in order to run this game smoothly??

Well, I use Avast Internet Security for 4 years now and I never been happier! 😀
Not a single virus attack, nothing! It detects and blocks everything before something could happen! 😀
During this 4 years I never needed to format my HDD because of virus corruption! I formatted only 1 or 2 times when I did a HDD upgrade or a HDD cleaning! 😀
But there is a free version too if you don't want the Internet Security, you just register your e-mail after install, you only need to enter your e-mail and done! You have unlimited updates, until you delete it! 😉

No! I said that you need a GPU, not RAM, and you can't change GPU's in laptops...
unfortunately you cannot.
the best GPU of G550 series is Nvidia G105M. It weaker than Intel HD 2000
You need a dedicated GPU to play this game! So unfortunately it won't work on your laptop!
And it doesn't matter what DX version you have installed as long there isn't hardware that can support and use it!

I re installed the game again, and i reinstalled all the newest drivers and now its running perfectly 😃
You need to update your VGA drivers to latest. May be your drivers were up to date before you reinstalled the OS. Try it. The latest drivers know how to handle the latest gaming engines better.

Because your GPU is too weak compared to your other components! That's a GT 610, not a GTX!
When some parts are weaker than others, then there occur bottlenecks, which results in bad results, lower performance and lower frame rates...
To avoid bottlenecks upgrade your GPU to a GTX 660 or better...
