@shebanktk you need to upgrade for this one its one of the most demanding games nowadays. Even on my system it will lag specially when driving cars. A reason also is that this game is not that well optimized for nowadays hardware more for hardware of tomorrow.
The game is also full of bugs i dont recommend this game till they fix with good patches for better performance and also more bug free.
