Both are 500$ and are almost the same! In the end it's a matter of your likings in choosing between AMD and Intel! The choice is yours.
No.
Yes, 1080p, high/ultra. 😃
yeah he's got a fully loaded gaming PC
Asus Geforce GTX 560 DirectCU II Super OC 1GB.
Soon upgrading too EVGA GTX 680 Classified 4GB. 😎
go to his profile and click on the computer's tab to see his GPU
You're welcome. 😀
Then you're good to go!
Try 720p with medium settings. 😀
The GPU is good enough for a low budget.
But you'll have issues playing games that require a Dual Core minimum.
.

you might be able to play AC3 with very low resolution and low settings
most probably low with 720p or lower
depends on the type of shop you are going to buy at
instead of a local dealer try an authorised dealer
kichu24 is also right the card he recommended is better than all the three i suggested
ATI radeon hd 6450
its available on flipkart for 2550
its the best for your budget
see these websites
if i had to choose any one of the three i would choose the third website

There's no need for the 690! Why go so expensive?
Maximum a 670 or a 680 is just enough...
