Sound doesn't have anything to do with graphics performance, the sound is processed by the on-board/dedicated sound card, not GPU. 😜

The 650TI is a low budget card! If you want to run very demanding games on ultra you need a high end high budget GPU!

no you use one or the other GPU's depending on application or game performance normally it does it automatically but sometimes you will have to do it manually this can be done through the AMD catalyst application under switchable Graphics Tab

you have AMD Enduro. an AMD APU=(CPU+IGPU) plus a AMD Discrete Class Dedicated GPU

You can try updating your drivers.
And, is your dedicated GPU set to be primary? If not then you should set it!
I don't have too much experience with AMD GPU's if that doesn't work try asking dom1da. He has a fairly similar laptop as you.

Try then lowering your resolution.
Don't know what could your problem be... I tried the game on a way lower spec PC and it worked all good with 30fps which is more than playable. (just like consoles)
crysis 3 is lagging for me on all low and 720p
