With i5-2300 @ 2.8 GHz, Radeon HD 6770 1 GB VRAM, and 16 GB RAM, I was able to play it at 1080p on maximum settings with a consistent 30-35 FPS, never going below 30fps. After upgrading to i7-2700K @ 3.4 GHz, GTX 1070 8 GB VRAM, I was able to play at 2160p with every setting on maximum and 40-43 FPS. I only tested the latter specs in one area, Horizon.
