try updating your gpu drivers or just uninstall n reinstall them that might help...other than that u can't run it on ultra settings with that gpu just try to lower the resolution... you r using a 64-bit os on just 4 gb ram ! that could also be a problem.

Hi, I have a problem. The game is not playing fluidly. The frames freeze and I am unable to focus the pointer at critical times. I reduced the graphics to High and then Medium and still face the same issue. My Sys details are as below and I would really like some help to get this sorted out and play in Ultra Mode:
