yes you can on low to a bit mid settings.

The pixel shader problem is shown because in recommended system requirement the game requires dx11 and dx11 capable gpu must have 5.0 pixel shader so that why the pixel shader window is written. It has no concern with minimum requirements so you will run the game 😀.

If you want to be able to play games (new ones) in the future, make sure to change that GPU! I tried some 5450's and I'm sad to say that these cards, especially the 64bit models are a poor excuse for a GPU...
