Only if you want to know the characters and some of their background, but other then that, no, because this isn't a direct sequel so the story is fresh and not a continuation. 😀

a question for splinter cell fans 😃 ... Do I need to play the previous games of splinter cell to understand the story of blacklist ?? I've only played the first splinter cell and some of pandora tomorrow ...

@sara, you need to upgrade your CPU and your GPU
Since you wanna upgrade your CPU to 3GHZ dual core and your GPU to GT630 or GT620 I would advice you to upgrade RAM to 4GB or HIGHER that if PC support it but remember if you are using a laptop you can't upgrade so you need to buy a new one

i don't understand why they use unreal 2.5 despite they have anvilnext or dunia engine...

hmm...install yesterday running smoothly but as Lazarus said graphics are really outdated... even conviction graphics is better than it at my PC...

my problem solved all option low texture mid and game run perfect 18 fps20 i think probelm is begening and i not restart pc al things ok al bulding ememys shown very wll but i purchaed dirx 11 card 610 or 620 gtddr3 processor and ram ok if probel then i upgrade 3ghz core 2dou

hi there is no direct x 10 option in game why only dx9 and 11 but my intel gma4500 support dx10 and 9 as well gt 210 and this buildin graphic same but why graphic probelm in game i adjust low to high graphic option when i high some lagging game then low game run ok i think some problem tell me anybody the game run ok dx11 version or smae probelm graphic gliteches bulding not show enmy not shown even my sam😜 fisher not sown when

AOA hello i am sad today i install the game balck box version 25gb my pc intle core2 dou 1.86ghz 3gb ddr3 intle gma4500 direct x 10 when i lanch the game valaditing systems ays q4543 chip not supported anyway u contuned the game whan i clisk yes the game run i adjust the seting aal low option dx 9 and 11 lsited direct x10 not lsited in game game run ok 15 to 20 fps but grahic problem all thing dispare even sam fisher same prem whn i play i am alive game same problem game run ok but not see bulding enemy and i adjust setting in high detail but not ok i think game required direct x 11 game not lagging but when i close in bulding then bulding seen and ememy tell me wht i do i only option 610 or 620gt plzzzzz tell me thsi is first game i instaal yaeteday i parchased game

No,no BLACKLIST is way much better than CONVICTION, i just say that the graphics are not that good, maybe little better of graphics in previous SPLINTER CELL.

At splinter Cell Conviction, LAN is necessary either plugged or unplugged other wise game not start.. is this problem will also in blacklist..? ???
