Call of Duty: Black Ops System Requirements

Hey, i think i could run this game atleast on minimum, BUT my processor is weak. Is AMD Athlon 64 X2 5200+(2.7GHz) enough? I should upgrade this shit... If someone has experience on that processor, i would gladly accept some information.

@chetank628 what is your graphix card?i think it might causing your lag.btw this game has this lag issue in many pc.i run this game on max settings with vsync on and 8xaa with 60 fps capped.try updating ur video driver.and if u r using win 7 than your video ram is not 1.7 gb it shares from your system ram.

@HariRedBoyz it will run.but it will lag.because this game is not optimized like the previous versions of cod.try to update ur graphics card and i think hd 5670 or gts 250 would be the best deal.(this to r budget cards with high performance)

@ShadowRJV update ur directx and video driver or run it on xp.my freind was also having the same problem and now it is fixed

i have agraphic memory of 1.7gb and pentium dual core processor 2.6ghz
2gb ram but still the game lag can anybody tell me why it so?😢

i played multiplayer on steam with my rig and it runs sometimes u have a small lag but doesnt happen to much i play with low to near normal settings (on high its defintely too) slow but im able to play it so if u are little under requirements it wont hurt u much u can still play the game have fun 😆

@yashanbrar: i think the problem here is same as i have your cpu is lil behind min specs your graphic is i think enough u can only try if theres aw ay to overclock or upgrade cpu little but if ur using a laptop thats not that easy

km124: heyy ur configuration is good check the band width of your gc . anyways it is a good gc. and u can buy a i5 processor there is not much difference in cost . i5 is better then i3 in terms of cores. there is a difference of few dollars only u can buy it.i also have the same i3 laptop it runs good at higher settings also.

@Wezley - Your Graphics Card is fine. You will be able to run Black Ops smoothly and many games to come in medium-high graphics. Even if there are some doubts about the GPU, your CPU is very good and will restore the balance.

ferrari : there is one way by which he can atleast play this game at lower settings that is overclocking . his gc can undergo good overclocking. i dont know abt the processor overclocking bt atleast .20 ghz increase will affect it . his ram is also sufficient.bt he can try under safe limits without crashing.

ElectrikPk: No, this PC configuration is too weak for this game, ur vga and cpu is weeak for the game...if u want to play thisone u have to upgrade ur rig.

nuwansudarshana: It because of that, this game requires more, than your pc is. u have only 1GB of ram & it requires at least 2GB, your VGA is a bit weak too for this game...

Sry dude, but ure pc is to weak for this game, it requieres more than 1gb ram and much more stronger VGA...maybe ure pc is enough for minimum settings...

hey guys when i play black ops i lagg really bad takes me 2-4 min to load map then another 5 to get over the lagg my computer is
